There are no age limits on our Birthday packages. You know your Royal/Super & what they’d enjoy best!

A Novel Princess Party offers fully customizable recommended timelines. Our tried & true timelines guarantee your guests will be entertained throughout the Royal/Super visit while giving you the flexibility to tailor the activities to best suit your space, guests & royal/super of honor.

While our Storybook Characters do their best to adhere to each packages timeline, they know last minute changes do happen and are flexible to your special day needs.

While our catalog is already quite robust with the classic royals & superheroes, we are constantly growing our selection. With enough time, we can accommodate most custom character or theme requests. Recently we were able to accommodate a safari themed party with custom activities & characters in less than two weeks.

Gratuity is not included in your package price. Tipping is voluntary but very appreciated by your hard working characters. Cash & Cash apps are accepted, please help us preserve the magic & imagination by exchanging gratuity out of sight of children if at all possible.

Our Storybook Characters visit anywhere in the NYC Boroughs as well as Far Away Kingdoms. Travel fees will be disclosed upfront & applied to events in Far Away Kingdoms. Distance is determined from Rockefeller Center to the event destination.

*Our Storybook Characters are happy to visit most venues, homes, storefronts, offices, hospitals, community centers & more! Please check with your venue to make sure outside entertainment is allowed.

For outdoor venues please understand our characters wear full theme park quality wigs & costumes & cannot perform in extreme conditions.

Yes we do! Our Sensory-Friendly Bashes are great for events that have guests with specific sensory needs or simply want to explore the magic of sensory fun! Book a Sensory-Friedly Bash today! 

For all private events the birthday child receives a Tiara/Crown & a Light-up Scepter or a Superhero Mask/Cape set & Light-up Sword, unless otherwise requested to have a sensory-friendly option, or a different party theme.  The birthday child & guests also receive a signed story booklet from the character during A Novel Storytime. The story booklets allow the kids to write their own story w/ the help of the character or parents (think coloring book mixed with mad-libs)

For public events hosted by A Novel Princess Party the keepsakes vary by event but always include at least one signed keepsake by the characters as well as some sort of physical gift that they’re leaving with.

• Paint w/a Princess: Gem painting they made + characters sign the back of the canvas

A Royal or Super attendant is an uncostumed helper. They allow the character to fully dedicate themselves to the guests by carrying supplies, taking care of the activity & musical setups, and anticipating character needs. The character gets to maintain integrity avoiding what would otherwise be necessary interactions with technology & equipment. They also get to flow from activity to activity with no down time because all supplies will have been provided/laid out/set up by the attendant. Additionally the attendant is an extra set of hands to take pictures so parents can hop in with their kids, help with party favors & distribution of food & dessert if applicable. All in all, they offer both the character & client flexibility & relief of various responsibilities.
